Sun-Rype is very pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Yakama Juice LLC effective September 30th, 2010. Yakama Juice has been a well-respected co-packer of Sun-Rype branded products for close to 3 years now. We are familiar with their operation and look forward to integrating it into our organization more fully.
The customer base that Yakama currently services is a top priority with Sun-Rype and we have a transition team working diligently to ensure there is no disruption in service. Sun-Rype plans to assume all existing business and we look forward to bringing our experience and expertise in juice processing and packaging to these customers.
Sun-Rype remains fully committed to our Kelowna facility. A plant located in the Pacific Northwest greatly improves our access to an abundant fruit supply and broadens the products and pack types we can bring to our consumers.
